Game good - but where is the promised DLC ??

Full of anticipation I Total War Empire & Napoleon GOTY pre some time ago and on Saturday (19.10.2013) came also the package from Amazon at last. Game equal unpacked and installed immediately what was going quite fast. However, my anticipation was also tarnished quickly because the promised DLC's were not doing or are not doing. It was only a small piece of paper in the DVD cover with two serial numbers (one for Empire and Napoleon)

Overall, the main game is indeed very good but I did with the GOTY edition purely bought only because the DLC's !!!!

For Total War Empire & Napoleon there are full 5-star for not contained DLC's there but no star. However, as the game host with the DLC's and they are not included this gets GOTY edition first only one star.
Should do still what comes to DLC I will rework the review positively. Until then, the 1-star rating remains.

EDIT:

Now that I have received from the missing Key SEGA all DLC's are now unlocked and the game is now complete therefore give it now also full marks because I now have the product that I ordered.

The game "Empire & Napoleon Total War" has anyway deserves 5 stars!
