Originally, I was on the internet looking for a reasonable gaming keyboard. But since I possess by a retractable keyboard tray only a relatively limited space for a keyboard, the keyboards found were unfortunately all too big. For that I would have on the actual tabletop still some space available. Although also not enough for a large keyboard, but for a "small" device it would be enough.

By chance I came across the G13 and found the descriptions also quite interesting. What at first was a little deterred me of when compared to its competitors but rather high price.
By far made, always good experiences with Logitech products

The joystick on the right side, which can be freely programmed,

Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase and would not hesitate to make the same decision.

Addendum dated 30.03.2013:
Now I have one and the same G13 already 4 years per day about 2-3 hours in use
and there are no problems with it. Only the palm rest is slightly on the contact surface
become smooth (surface structure hackneyed).
