Nice game that looks unfinished and could be better

I was looking for a game that "The Whispered World" resembles, by its wonderful humor, ideas and atmosphere I'm really excited ... and because I came across "Night of the Rabbit". After it has been praised in the reviews as nice and quiet and Adventure because it reminds the character style to "Whispered World", I have downloaded for me and my little brother this game on Amazon.
Well ... up to about half the game ran quite smoothly and beautifully, from then, however, the load times were getting longer and often crashed the game and ran a reboot again, it came the error message "Problem with the Visionaire Player" , Now I'm at about 3/4 of the game (I think) and it runs no longer continue (after a click on "continue playing" or "Load Game" is the loading screen and no longer goes away). In other words, I evaluate now the (estimated) 3/4 of the game that I have seen. What can I say ... the game is actually quite nice, even if it does not reach for me "Whispered World". The character you control, this little boy, seems a bit ... well ... lifeless. He has brought me through some nice phrases laugh Not once, he's just a kid with a permanent smile on his face ... well. The mice village "mouse Forest", in which you reside, quite a certain charm, which is partly due to the really beautiful background music throughout the game, but also the fact that one yes by a ... well, let's call it " magic "... can switch between day and night and it's nice how changed the village there! Many small "ideas" (do not want spoilers) are very nice here. Characters are rarely the whole game long in one place, but they are there to talk times, during the day elsewhere than at night, each character has at least partly a mind of its own and that makes the village alive and nice. But: In part the game looks a bit unfinished ...: For instance, I am referring to the dialogues that but rather act ... mindless. With not a single character in the game you can talk longer, after three-four sets it says "Bye, I'm off," and if you come back later, you only hear the same again. But the most annoying are the comments of this boy as the game progresses. No matter what you do with a particular subject matter, if it is wrong, always comes one and the same comment. For example, a rope, a stick, which are probably the objects appear in just about every adventure. Here too. And it's just the way that these are the items that you most frequently tried in all possible places - with a stick, you can now do much more than time with two rose hips or similar And when you say the 10,000th time these tots hear "a floor using nothing", then one would like to strangle him best ... why not at least two-three different phrases? No, this "a floor using nothing" accompanied a through the whole game, just like "No, that does not need to be spooned" and "no, I'm going with this thing better be careful to" ... grrr ... yet is the overall impression of the game and positive atmosphere, it certainly has. That's the magic ... well: You can play in four magic (I know at my score only three) and I would want to be honest, that there were more uses for the magic. I will not say now what it spells are (do not want spoilers), but often it is just like that. that a spell only to two or three points in the game can use them at all. You can learn a spell, one or two times to apply it somewhere in order to progress and that was it ... hmm ... great. Also what I mean when I say "the game looks unfinished". I'd just wish that I can use a spell to 20 places, not necessarily to get ahead in the game, but just like that. I want to change by spells the environment might also create little funny situations and something just. That would have made the game so much nicer! Where's the usual Daedalic ingenuity?
The difficulty here, I can only say that I have, this 3/4, I've played with no solution aids (even without the "magic" telepathic Ratersuch the hare - a solution in-game help) overcome and as someone who is otherwise in quite Adventuren times "stuck" and will not be coming. So it goes. Nevertheless: There are already times difficult puzzles and you have a while herumprobieren.Aber It has never been so that I am sitting there for hours and did not continue. It's been so (as others have written) that you can do certain things only at night or only by day, but I do not really felt now as difficult rather than beautiful.
So overall a very nice game but from which one but, I think, a lot more could have done. Pity!
