Game keeps crashing

At first it ran on the XBox liquid and well. But as you gradually reached more levels, faltered and raked the game until it finally crashed completely. Have never seen with an X-Box game. We put out the whole score and tried our luck again - but it was no use. And unfortunately too late for a return. Really annoying.
