I hesitated before making this purchase having been the only customers for this toy. I ordered for Christmas my daughter 7 months trying to catch my robot vacuum cleaner. When I received I tried right away to see if it worked well. My doubts were confirmed when I saw that the dog was working when you pressed the buttons (he sings and talks) but does not interact with the bone. Obviously I was very disappointed because it was not moving. I found ca still weird because the video it turns and moves. I had the idea to change the batteries because we ca has already happened that the supplied batteries in toys are not powerful enough and bad qualities. And the jackpot, changing the batteries the dog works perfectly, he sings, moves and rotates just like the demo video .it interacts perfectly in that shakes the bone. I am relieved because I'm sure my daughter will love it and will be able to run after him (crawling). just change the batteries.
