Mild Roast consists of gently roasted beans that come from Latin America, East Africa and the Asia-Pacific region and give a balanced, round flavor. The strength level is on a scale of 1 to 5 in 2. The taste is a good accompaniment to schokoladenem cakes, cookies, brownies, as well as dark chocolate, Belgian chocolates and crepes with chocolate hazelnut cream. The grind should be set to coarse and the coffee grounds can be lush dosed. The propagated fine-fruity note, I do not taste absolutely out like this gentle and low-acid varieties but very much on the afternoon or as pure coffee with golden brown crema.
All three varieties are so very friendly combination and have a pleasant taste of its own, which is not too dominant.
For me these three My Café varieties are an integral part of a well-stocked basic coffee bar; home or office. It has so many treats the corresponding coffee at hand and experimenting and combining also makes a lot of fun.
At the same time I find the packaging very well visually appealing and use them like a gift or souvenir for a suitable cake or candy.
