I have now received a replacement device by the company for free and am completely satisfied now. The device can now be attached to the window pane and fully in line with expectations and I can use it for my purposes. I find it very Kundenfreudlich. It is therefore really only if something does not meet the requirements. Because you really have sometimes praise.
