I've been looking for such a mouse because of my advice for "tennis elbow / mouse arm" and found this.
Despite initial settling-in period with the use of this mouse I have to say that the complaints have declined.

It takes but a few days or not so cramped to work longer, for PC games, but I would not use it - was not a requirement for me.
