This book is very clear, not only as regards the introductory elements of traditional Chinese medicine, but also in respect of illustrations to visualize the different stages of self-massage. I admit to being less attached to the part concerning the inner healer, but I'm sure some practice time quaprès self-massage I will return to this reading and do not hesitate to implement the elements described
