I have difficulties to say it's a jazz album, like Nikki Jane Monheit and, although a number of songs have a 'jazzy tune'. But the drive is very pleasant to listen to. My favorite number is 'Shoot the moon'. The number is not Verily jazz but has a sweetness that will appeal to a wider public. Vocally, the best track is "Come away with me ', which is also written by Norah herself. A true jazz number is the last disc number 'The nearness of you' or Norah also plays the piano.
To make the drive, Norah Jones (daughter of Ravi Shankar!) Is accompanied by good musicians like Jesse Harris, author of some songs on this disc.
In all, this first CD is still worth really.
