Property me the adapter risen since my IDE disk broke down in my old computer and I had rumligen a SATA II disk of my notebook. Installation and operation is very simple. Only the cables infect adapter on master / slave jumpers and running it. Unfortunately I get my board (GA-8PE667 Ultra) does not move to the adapter in the ATA to operate 133 (U-DMA6) mode. It runs only with ATA 100 (U-DMA5) My old IDE disk did that. Therefore here 1 star deduction, as this feature is explicitly specified and the SATA II would use the well (at least in Buffered Read). Update 27/12/2013 Unfortunately, the adapter depends on regularly. This could not be corrected by reboot. The computer had to be separated and discharged from the power. After the restart, he ran again until the next blue screen. Therefore only 3 stars. I eventually but for the more expensive "Manhatten" decided and written down here. (Returning is more expensive than the adapter)
