3 days later I hang during training somehow totally in the ropes. How much should I then from the stuff I interject. Then I had to shovel it to me purely in the gum line with the cutter blade and funnel. Have thought it is possibly the fact that I must accustom myself but nöööö. After 2 weeks, with these tabs I could clearly record a loss of strength. A weight that I could lift 6-8 times before I managed to just barely 1-2 times and then deflected with tooth and nail.
So I changed abruptly again. After training, the protein drink. Morning and evening, the tabs. So it funzt with me and otherwise!
So full replacement pull the Dinger is not with me, alas!
