If installing on a Macbook Air is not automatic (need to download the drivers and install them before connecting; we quibble a little), it is not superhuman, either.
The product works relatively well, the flow is good (here remains a USB dongle).
The where I am REALLY disappointed is that since this morning, the dongle no longer works: more recognition or Mac or Win or Linux, more LEDs indicating the minimum power.
Nothing, nothing. Maybe I did not have any luck or ...

So I added to comment and start the return process at Amazon. After a few minutes, Anker contacted me via Amazon to offer me a free exchange without discussion. I received a few days later, a new dongle no problem (and no return at Amazon). I hope to have better luck with that one.
