Training with time and heart rate measurement:
wear a seat belt properly,
Display shows values of the last training,
then short press Start / Stop, let's go.

Stop your workout by pressing the Start / Stop button.
Training without time but with heart rate measurement is possible, but it does not beep when the selected limit exceeded or fallen below lower limit

At this point you can with each short pressing "Toggle -" key "% in the zone", "Total Time", "Average HF", "Total kcal", "current time" display "calories".
Close this screen with pressing and holding the "Toggle -" button ("Training Close" twice flashes)
Time and date (if set) are displayed.
