Good and cheap heart rate monitor with unfortunately poor manual

The heart rate monitor and chest work great to keep the pulse in the eye during training. Cardio equipment with display in the gym often detect and indicate when you train with chest strap and the clock on it, then you do not always look at the clock, which is quite handy. Since the instruction manual supplied is not really helpful, I wrote my own, maybe they can help other buyers, too:

Hibernate = time and date (even if set) appears
Keep Start / Stop pressed:
"Open Training" twice flashes
Then the values ​​of the last training are displayed (if already a was carried out).
Last training records can be deleted by holding down the Start / Stop button

Training with time and heart rate measurement:
wear a seat belt properly,
Display shows values ​​of the last training,
then short press Start / Stop, let's go.
(Different Pieptonhäufigkeiten indicate whether one enters the exercise zone, it overflows / underflows, or returns to this.)
Stop your workout by pressing the Start / Stop button.
Training without time but with heart rate measurement is possible, but it does not beep when the selected limit exceeded or fallen below lower limit

Change settings:
