Especially important for a heart rate monitor is to me that no chest strap is required. Furthermore a stopwatch should be integrated.
After much back and forth I decided on this model of Beurer. And I can only say that it was the right decision for me.
My Experiences:
- In accordance with instructions I have set the clock.
- I particularly like that with respect to the guidance ranges maximum heart rate, pulse for fat burning, fitness for pulse, etc. are indicated..
- The clock itself has as standard equipment the range of 65% -85% for performance monitoring, pre-configured (can be customized).
-> For me as this is my hobby Walker workout area.
- Measure pulse beats a hold of the index finger on the pulse sensor on the clock. This takes a few seconds and can be done during flexing.
- I particularly like that this is possible during the Stopwatch Mode. After the pulse measurement and display of the pulse, the display will automatically revert back to the stopwatch display.
- With a 50-minute round I measure about 6 times the pulse, always shortly after the site has changed (rise, slope, flat section). This I will not go too fast on the rise (pulse too high) or too slow gradient (pulse too low).
Overall, I am very satisfied, the price even excited (had expected more) and the heart rate monitor can only recommend.
