The Pulse works well when walking. I have counted more than once for comparison. In the segment above 100 / min, the deviation was mostly below 5 / min. For measurements in the resting heart rate range and for dry skin significantly high values appear in my experience often. I use the pulse measurement, but only very rarely.
Really good work the clock as a pedometer or rangefinder while hiking and walking. After several "dry runs" and fixes the stride length is the distance actually leaves to about 1% of the route length determined precisely. It does not matter whether one's hand lazy inserted into the pocket because it is cold or if you marched with "Armdurchschlag to Koppelschloss". The sensitivity of the counter you can select from 1 to. 5 I initially set to 1 (least sensitive). One can see the pedometer and see if it really clocked synchronously while walking. Higher sensitivity was not necessary for me.
Very good, I find the possibility to set an automatic reset of values overnight. The new day begins again with zero steps or meters. After sedentary day at the office what motivates me then abens again to go out and march round. I have to my own statistics - me is fun.
Just as I took the clock, I find the usability enough easy. Even as a normal wristwatch is the functionality and display fine.
