I started running and chose this heart rate monitor and do not regret the purchase.
She has everything that I need to run.
The menu includes:
Training mode (EXE), data stored from the last run (FILE), the heart rate zone in which you want to run (zone), the time (TIME) and date (DATE).
The individual points can be good by the single button on the clock and select Change.
EXE: After selection starts after a short delay the stopwatch and another after a few seconds
starts measuring the pulse. While running you can by moving the clock to
Select chest transmitter between the pulse value, the stopwatch and time. In addition, a shows
little heart at the bottom of whether one runs in its specified zone.
FILE: The data of the last run are displayed: time, durschnittlicher pulse, maximum heart rate and date.
ZONE: Under this item you can set the pulse range by one wants to run. If you or including
also comes about is a that displays and informed acoustically when needed.
TIME: Setting the time.
Date: set the date.
These functions are more than adequate for my use, the pulse appears reliably and
Switching by the movement of the clock for chest transmitter will work without problems. The display is easy to read.
The clock itself does not look quite as fancy as on the product image, but is well on the wrist and provides
many adjustment possibilities, whereby they should be suitable for thin and somewhat more powerful wrists.
On the rubber for fixing the chest transmitter is "M" as size specification. Sufficient for me (94cm chest measurement).
It is still playing up, and down.
The chest sensor also makes a good impression processed, only here the point is why the product from me
4 star gets: The transmitter battery can not be change. In the description there is talk of a
Duration of 2500 working hours, which would be enough for my stint running for several years, why me, this also
not so interfere, though it would have been nice to change the battery when needed and not a
the need to establish new stations.
So I think I have said all my part to the product, I would, despite the aforementioned small thing
recommend this and am pleased with my purchase.
For questions about Polar FT1 training computer I am at your disposal.
Edit: 02/05/2014
I use this clock now for 1.5 years and approximately 200 hours of training and not the battery from the clock, nor of the chest had to be changed so far.
