I bought the plate to my camera to be attached to my Sun Sniper strap back and forth without great to have screws. This works wonderfully and it's all stable. The only thing that is a pity that do not fit the original disks by Manfrotto in the holder, but is not a big deal because I can use the supplied disk. Say the board is all the time on the camera while the other is now equal to find space on the lens.
