Once ready the second Orignial Sony remote control has (RM ED 019) given up the ghost, we were looking for an inexpensive alternative. After initial hesitation, we have ordered this replacement remote control and have been very pleased. Price / performance best. The functions are (as far as we can tell now) exist, though the arrangement and configuration of the keys is a little different. A good alternative to the expensive original.
