Good book for future reference for all who are familiar already with the issue, and also all the newcomers in the field. Much, of course, common sense, but that's when the topic of usability so be it. Nevertheless, I find it very helpful, everything once pooled in a book compiled ready to have. The instructions for usability tests are useful when one has thus not yet experienced. The results of such tests are truly priceless!
