Good binoculars. Unfortunately, missing parts

Since I'm an absolute layman terms what Binoculars Steiner Safari UltraSharp 10x26 that is very good for me. It can be adjusted to focus on all distances, with the light to get along well also. By ten times zoom but you should have a very steady hand, who since has problems should be better a glass with less zoom accept eg 8x.
Processing and feel are good.
Why only three stars? In the description was clearly specified lens caps: Yes - but they have been missing.
On request at the company Steiner was told that are provided in this Binoculars no caps, so there's none at all.
This fact I did not get what I ordered, I have to rate deduction unfortunately with two stars.
Nevertheless, the Steiner Safari UltraSharp is a buy recommendation for me.
