Good book, very intense, a lot of action

Book that reads very easily because virtually no downtime.
Action, suspense, the treachery (much), friendship, love, too, everything that makes a good book.
An original concept, a disease that reveals supernatural abilities in adolescents, a world (mainly the United States for that matter) is very difficult to manage that.

At first it was a little difficult to hang with heroin, saw his flayed character (conditioning, it is true, by her experiences and what she saw) but progressively the book, it opens to others and becomes increasingly endearing as the other characters of his band.
A very unexpected ending that leaves many possibilities for the future, I would read gladly.
