I'm very satisfied with the ordered bread pan. Property me in advance "pro" ordered a baker -Backformen. These are made of much thicker sheet metal than the here bought by Zenker, but also cost more than double. Since I bake regularly Sourdough breads in a stone oven, I have ordered a total of 14 forms and have been very satisfied. The forms conduct the heat very well continue, the bread browns evenly and nothing bakes firmly. The breads dissolve super out of the mold, and the mold is then easy to clean with a dry paper towel. At the moment, only 4 out of 5 stars because I can not yet assess how durable the forms due to the thinner sheet on a permanent basis. For occasional use m. E. but fully recommended.
