Overall I'm pretty happy with my Zip: it is small, discreet and relatively well counts steps. The groc snag for me is the battery.
I have my Zip since September (2014) and despite what is displayed on the website, the battery lasts 6 months, I have already changed the battery three times. This morning, I received messages that the battery level was low. It no longer does so for a few hours, but I have my doubts.
The last time I contacted customer service that returned me a new Zip (supposedly the product is defective), but I think I'll just keep it aside and take another tracker, Rechargeable thereof.
