Good, but can (largely) do better.

This fan, he is a pity that the propeller of 35 cm was not mentioned on the characteristics in which 40 cm is given (I dare to assume that this is the metal shield that makes her, all 42 cm ???), not bad walking. Bought for an average sized room, power (50 W) is quite sufficient. It is, especially at low speed and release "Sleep" fairly quiet, although he still hears (which hinder those who have light sleep). The remote control, supplied without batteries (2 AAA), is complete and everything is controlled by it; which is convenient, especially when lying down, (but it has buttons on the device itself). Each time it is used, the camera emits a small "beep" which I think no one bother! However, each option is indicated by a red LED on the "dashboard" of the device to the point when all options are used this is a real "Christmas tree" which, if it does not bother me may, at night, in interference with other ... Its black color gives it an air of elegance and there is no lack of aesthetics.

Function: "Sleep and nature": Preset speed electronically at 1, 2, or 3 (ie small, medium, or high speed) in a regular time interval; thus, the operating speed is reduced and then restarts, and so on, according to the chosen option. Can be set, if desired, stop all these functions 0,30h, * 1 hour, 2 hours or 4 hours: a total of 7 am 30, but can also not solve anything!

"Normal": ordinary use.

The oscillation is deactivated. Note that the oscillation movement makes no noise and is spread over approximately 90 °.

The head of the fan 3 tilt adjustment positions: upwards in the center position (the one that is used most) and down.

I would add that if the feet are quite stable, the unit as a whole is not. Indeed, the tube of the chrome above, which support the engine and propeller metal protection, an outer diameter of about 22 mm enters a 30mm tube (outside); the plastic inside edge of this tube is not long enough to stabilize the first, which floats inside the 30 mm tube; even tight, this causes a swinging the upper part of the unit. In short there is no overall rigidity and, seen thus, the fan makes a little "junk". It would be easy for the manufacturer to remedy this problem that is, in my eyes, a design flaw. I also find the base cross a little too light (a circular base might have been better). There is a leaflet in French, with a sketch of the different parts, but where the device uses functions are almost absent. Finally it helps a little, and for once there is an instruction in French. The law is respected ...

CONCLUSION:
This device, 2 year warranty, do not miss assets as a whole. However it some miserable fishing defects "second order" that can often not found on cheaper devices.

I do not regret my purchase because the device works well and is relatively quiet, but perhaps having learned that the propeller was only 35 cm I would have chosen another article.

NOTE: In the "night", it is unfortunate that the manufacturers do not build a unit with inverter whose client could set the speed itself, because it is the fan speed which produces noise, and this function all fans run too fast. But for the night, a fan, not a fridge does not have to spin fast the moment it produces a slight cooling breeze.

* On the "Dashboard" of the device, it is marked "0:50" and the duration of the preset "7:50". Yet it is wrong. After verification it is 0:30 ET 7:30 in total.
