I bought this hard drive for data backup, my old USB 2.0 was too small. The here enough now, but I was hoping for more of USB 3.0. I tried the plate on both USB 3.0 ports on my laptop. Although the duration of the backup has been reduced from 4 to 3 hours, but I had expected to halve.
