I bought this vacuum cleaner to expres my floor. Supposedly he was great. After several uses, the brush is a bit jaded below and in hard ground position (so for parquet) when vacuuming glue because of its power, that it just scratches the floor. It took a long time before I realized that the scratches came from my vacuum cleaner, but I find it scandalous to say that this is a special parquet vacuum cleaner while it has it all damaged. I reported this problem to Dyson: they said they had never heard of this effect "collage" of which everyone speaks. Bizarre. Otherwise yes it sucks good!
