The bands seem very high for the price. I've Birch (full), MDF, chipboard, aluminum and stone ground. The mixture seems a bit unusual, but these are things that were needed. In wood, the performance is very good. The coarser grits eat the wood directly. A radius of eg 3 cm is ground in a few seconds on the corner of a 4 cm chipboard. Even with the finer grits have to belt sander - typical approach very cautiously. I use the current device from Bosch PBS 75 AE. Aluminium is also very good, but tends known depending on the alloy to lubricate. The one with the stones was an experiment in which I was surprised how well the bands worked for this quartz stone. It was very quickly grinded an area without that grains have disengaged from the abrasive belt, or the band would be the same on edge. Even after prolonged grinding when the tape was warmed significantly and ground with a lot of pressure, it did not come to solve the bonding or snapping of the belt. For me, highly recommended for all work in the household.
