Packing & Shipping consistent and very satisfactory Quality device software already installed (Windows 8.1) and many other, often unnecessary, which make the complex environment I would not recommend it for inexperienced beginner -it must first make room by removing everything that is not to keep for its own needs. many tutorials advice aid at boot but nothing immediate that would be simple and without any commercial influence. very good acquisition for a buyer already expert computer.
