Good cable channel with a simple fitting

I have built two of these cable channels. A I have glued, screwed the other. The bonding is super easy and the channel holds well by the 3M tape. But the screws is not a problem - I think the wallpaper is suffering the screws less when the channel time has to be removed.

For a channel I cut and cut out the aperture. That was easy with a hacksaw and a sharp knife.

In the channel there is enough space for cables - with me there are 3 HDMI cable, power cable, network cable, USB cable, AV cable, coaxial cable and there would be room for one or two more cables.
