Have the camera now 3 months. Photos in daylight are super. Great colors. sharp, really fun. Unfortunately pictures are cruel in low light conditions. Images are noisy and pixelated. Since it appears then unfortunately the weakness of the camera. Have already tried a lot with manual exposure, etc., but no chance, there is nothing besser.Schade actually, because it's a great camera otherwise. Light, yet relatively small, big zoom. Perhaps an update from Canon'd help.
09/14/2013. Now have a setting for shots found in the dark without a flash. Set the dial to position P. ISO to Auto, exposure to +1, change the menu to Tungsten. Lo and behold, the image noise is gone.
