Haptics / Steering: In general, the 60D feels already at very valuable. However, the 7D was a tad superior to their size and the full magnesium alloy case. The buttons on the top of the display were more convenient to operate. One shortcoming, I do not understand in the 60D why the Joystick is integrated in the Quick Control Dial. You need him though rare (primarily to actually change the AF-field), although it can be easily operated in the thumb in it only moderately.
Recording: In principle - completely clear, the camera slowly in the sequential shots than the 7D. But what is not bad for me. Since I use the camera to shoot a lot, my folding screen like it very much, even though I was very skeptical. It is much simpler than with the 7D. What I, however not like so much, is that the camera mode on the mode dial sits and can not be operated as a separate switch. In the 7D I can with a separate switch on the video mode and so change the video mode quickly between M, Av and Tv. In the 60D, however, I can only go between "Full Manual" and "Automatic". Clear, normally you do anyway all fully manual, but was a Av function in the past now and again come in handy.
Otherwise I like the camera, on the whole very good. I would probably buy it again.
