We have the camera for two months often in use. I usually used a digital SLR camera and have significant reservations about compact cameras. In particular disturbs me about compact cameras that no object can be highlighted properly, since the background is displayed nor hot. The more I was of the first photos that we have made with the FS6, amazed that have already brought significant results even with the automatic. With so many trips now, the question is whether the (at least) two kilos DSLR really need to - so far I have always bravely with YES! answered, finally indeed others want to take pictures (or at least take pictures). What bothers me are the expensive replacement batteries. The camera is quite frugal - even an extended day trip with video recording is admitted easily, but I would have liked to carry a spare, just in case something goes wrong. The batteries made by others are recognized and unfortunately rejected by the Fimware our camera, and Panasonic's prices are excessive.
