Good charge but design errors

Unfortunately, the product suffers real design problems:
1- Tried in two different cars, charger evil lies in the cigarette lighter; we must press on and ensure that it does not move or they will get no charge. And this problem is amplified by the below.
2- Even more problematic, the rigidity of its cable. Quite simply, it is useless if your phone is positioned high on the instrument panel. Basically maximum 40cm between phone and cigarette lighter. It gives me a real design error. And do not count relax, it does not.
This anomaly is unfortunate and difficult to understand.
