I looove devices with good price / performance ratio. And the Medisana is one of them.
It makes a high impression and is quite quiet despite compressor technology. By the way TV is not a problem. As an asthmatic inhaling with eg Bad Reichenhall Alpensole is a good support to the "normal" drugs.
I would buy it in any case again.
