In the umpteenth generation, with a different design, the teething troubles, which have modern consoles, finally history and so there is nothing to complain about. For me, the 360 in the new form is perfectly tailored to my needs, and playing it is fun. No extreme volume, no excess heat, no dropouts, but a consistently good game feel even after extended sessions.
The 4 gig version I equipped with a 32 gigabyte USB stick directly with more memory and by the free 1-month Gold membership to Xbox Live I could test one way or another demonstration of games, which I regard as very positive. Even though I still saw so far no need to renew the subscription fee. But the administration and the download of demos was a delight and everything without problems.
Also I find the Dashboard in a clear and functional, even if I am, as PC users, only had to get used to the game pad to control again. On Kinect I have omitted because it would have no added value for me.
My conclusion: Money well spent, as the previously released games have a wide range and thus over the years my playfulness can be satisfied.
