Had heat problems at an older AMD processor, tlw. 60 degrees. After I had CPU and cooler cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, and the fan was (to distribute mid CPU without great) about 2 grams applied by the syringe refitted. I now fair sometimes astonishing 21 to 25 degrees during normal operation, under high load the temperature stays below 40 degrees!
Bin so far very satisfied! Pay now my Phenom probably NEN blob treat from the syringe ;-)
