I use this on my Alienware M14x media and the computer is relatively well cooled even after a few hours of Diablo 3, we feel that the fans do their job. The ability to place two fans where you want allows optimal cooling.

Only "flat" compared to the indications of the listing: Knowing that my Alienware is 14 inches, it holds all stack on the support! So when I see "up to 17 inches," it puzzles me a bit. I think that beyond 15 inches, this support is no longer appropriate.

In summary I recommend this good cooling support for computers up to 15 inches.
