Price / performance ratio is absolutely in order, the whole area is equipped with fans and the fan has 2 USB ports: one to connect the fan to the PC and another for a variety of other devices .My 15 inch notebook fits on the fan surface Top , larger notebooks, I would not recommend this.
The fans are pleasantly quiet and cool even better as the Notepal U2, so strong buy recommendation.
The only drawback, but this is a matter of taste, is the amount, because the thickness of the laptop, this ca 7cm higher than the desk, but I think you get used to it quickly.
