Good device when it is mounted properly

The bar has a very pleasant thickness of just over 3 cm in diameter. The enclosed mounting screws for tightening the crossbar but you should previously mounted with 6 M10 washers between each hollow section and crossbar.

So screw head - washer - hollow profile - 3xM10 - crossbar - 3xM10 - hollow profile - washer - nut.

So you can put on really good and the crossbar does not rattle around in the area. One mounted without washers, you can put as you want, you do not get pinched the crossbar. It then bends just the carrier, without that something solid would.

Otherwise, I would not use the supplied dowels and screws, but rather as brass plugs with M8x80 8.8 (is important the hardness 8.8, not 4.8, otherwise there is a danger, turn off the screws!)

All in all, a fair product, when you see the price and can judge the only weakness with shims for under 5.
