I have to say really well packaged, the device is not, and I also have a slight dip observed on the housing, but can not really tell. Then when the whole was completely scratched, I was pretty scared, but in the second moment, I've discovered that the panel was protected by a film, just this film was scratched after pulling everything was perfectly OK.
After the first functional testing I'm really satisfied with the device. It does exactly what it should be and läaast operated easily and intuitively.
Nevertheless, there are only 4 stars because the dent did not have to be.
