In short Ansich a good device. Keys, housing, menu display - everything so much better than comparable (Siemens) phones. But: The unit is equipped with a so-called "Clear Sound Technology", which is designed to reduce cracking and noise.. This is apparently a type of squelch as before with the old CB radios. This means that the interlocutor syllables spoken quietly swallowed. That sounds so then as if the phone would misfire. Will the interlocutor even whisper (eg because his office neighboring the conversation is not to overhear) comes at the listener of Panasonic's nothing more! Have the unit once converted, the second was just as bad.
And as it happens to go to a phone in the first place to have a good voice quality, there are only 2 stars, and the only reason because i like the rest of the device really liked.
Conclusion: Even the replacement unit back in the box and diemal money back.
