Wanted a supplement to protein Hake for training. That's why I ordered the times. Can not complain. Easy to mix with still water, bring some energy during training and tastes good. Open to only 1 spoon 700 ml water. Otherwise, I will be the too sweet.

Therefore very economical. Does not meet any miracles, but drink regularly brings a little more power and variety to the training.
