Have it taken 3 days and then went to train on the third day. The first three movements has shown no effect and I was as limp as I have had throughout the day.
However, the effect suddenly after these first few exercises noticeable (I guess that it is due to the excited blood circulation, after the first few sentences). I could more reps (and weight) to make and needed considerably shorter breaks! Hand in hand shot my motivation up.
However, for the sweating, I did not come out (vl., The temperatures in the FC, will still show in the next few days), but what I feel to be positive.
A slight pumping and a little tingling became noticeable, in addition the veins stood out somewhat.
Now for the negatives:
I'm pretty sure that the stuff tastes like Rattenpisse. Do not misunderstand: I Rattenpisse never tried, but it can not be worse than this taste. In a sweet juice dissolved it should be safe to drink, but I have not tried it yet ... on the other hand, I do not really quite right that there is no additional sugar or anything else were admixed to, it wanted pure, otherwise you could be the same Buy a booster.
Conclusion:
Just buy it for people who are really serious workout! The taste is disgusting, but beside the point!
