That the game is only in English, can get over it, because apart from the short intro, there is neither a coherent story yet-to-read text, you simply jumps abruptly from the 19th to the 20th century, back to the Stone Age, from there the future and so on and so forth.
Very useful it would be if the objects found were at least text descriptions that would make much easier because you could open up then, what can be done with the part (the image alone is not always very meaningful).
But if the fumble after a short time makes no more fun. The quite decent graphics can not replace the lack of long-term motivation. As a free app of the day for fans of the genre might still ok, a general recommendation but I can not pronounce this match.
