Delivery (5 stars):
The delivery took place within 4 working days. 2 days before the delivery called me the logistics center of Hermes and
told me Friday, 13- 18 clock as the time of delivery, the driver log about an hour before the actual delivery.
As the time of delivery at Amazon then was "agreed delivery date Friday 15.30 clock", which I found irritating, Well, I was then accessible from 15 clock, which was now not so bad, because another article (place mat for the elliptical machine)
was delivered at 15.30 clock. The call finally came at 18.20 clock and the device was then delivered at 19 clock.
For this, there are of course deduction.
However, the staff of Hermes I have then taken the package unasked up to the 1st floor in my apartment, which alone would hardly managed 80 kg in a package of approx. Very customer friendly and unexpected because a normal delivery is only to curb (I think something should be mentioned also times!). There are of course a perfect score (and tip).
Construction / Maintenance (4 stars):
The structure with install of the package took a little over 2 hours and proceeded if you follow the assembly instructions, quite unproblematic. Although the manual looks quite gigantic, but before that you should not put you off, because it looks wilder than it actually is then.
Only a plastic part made me difficulties and is my biggest gripe (hence 1 star deduction).
This protective plastic sitting around the central stringer on which the training computer sits. The central stringer is fastened with 3 screws and spring washers, but I fear that this one also has to follow suit sometime times, just normal maintenance. So you have to remove the plastic cover, first remove the handle bars (ie virtually half the unit again disassemble) to these screws through. VLT. I see it too skeptical and because you have to never turn again, but I prefer for 1 Star or More.
Use / Training (4 stars):
The elliptical machine has an overall very stable impression. The plastic covers but not quite as fit to do so. In the second session it was so even a gaggle reproduced sound in the handlebars, by re unscrewing and small removals of the covers has it but done. In addition to the soft purr of a flywheel it is now completely calm.
The training computer offers a variety of pre-defined programs with multiple levels of difficulty, as there is the option of manual selection, 1 personally definable training profile and target heart rate programs.
I think that's more than adequate.
The pulse measurement on the handle, however, is inaccurate (partially it jumps to more than 300 beats !!!), the chest strap I have not used, because then I find rather disturbing something during training.
Still to mention ... the folding device, which is why I decided for this elliptical machine. Although I am a little skeptical when movable frame with cross trainers (because of squeaky wheels), my fears were unfounded here, this works just fine. With only 3 easy steps (hooking the two running boards with wheels and unscrewing the thumbscrew fold up the rails and screw this) you have a lot more space and a tripping hazard less.
Conclusion:
+ Stable elliptical machine
+ Very quiet running
+ Many training programs
+ Folding device
- The many plastic covers, especially on the central stringer
- Pulse inaccurate
Overall, a great training tool.
PS: The smoothness refers to currently 8 workouts of 60 minutes, should still change what, I'll edit the recession again.
