First, the mobile phone also made a good impression.
+ Very thin and light, with great send Display
+ Lots of accessories (spare battery, casing and headphones).
However, I realized after a few days use, that there are also many disadvantages:
- The connection was often disturbed. My friends could not reach me and asked if my phone is switched off. Here, the cell phone was on and fully charged. Also SMS then often came only after a restart.
- Furthermore, the touch function did not work properly. The lower part of the screen did not respond properly, and I always had to repeatedly press or scroll up strongly before the phone responded ...
Therefore, I decided to return the Foxnovo. So come the in my opinion, the worst drawbacks:
- The communication is a bit difficult, because the messages are apparently translated using Google Translater. After all, the original English news are including, therefore, one can understand the basis of this, what was meant.
- I was e-mailed by the seller buysku ltd a return address (in Germany), to which I had the phone and sent and had communicated this buysku via email (including tracking id.). Then my return request was a few days later deleted / canceled by specifying that my technical problems would probably have resolved that I would not have reported me (WTF ?? !!!). To make matters Überbfluss also appears with the address to be something wrong because the state could not be delivered on the 6th business day still now ... Let's see if I ever see my money again!
I would of quality and precautionary reasons advise against any of the purchase!
PS: I have now a Motorola G2 ordered directly from Amazon and am super happy.
Update 01/09/2015: Finally has still worked out with delays and I have received at least the refund for the Foxnovo, the shipping costs were however not be refunded ...
