I never trusted these devices "teleshopping" for me "if it worked we would know," but I had to have my own opinion on the matter so I bought this one because it is not expensive and the reviews are mostly positive.
About me, I'm usually quite sporty, but last year I did a mass gain (+ 10kg) and this year I'm doing more sport so the accumulation of the two that I had a deposit abdominal fat that adds to my daily bloating, my belly skin was becoming ugly, especially when I am released, this is what prompted me to buy this device.
In two days, I noticed a first effect, I am much less "heavy" when I use it after eating or after a night's sleep. The use of this belt makes me feel good, I do not hesitate to wear when I feel a bit heavy.
Then I read some reviews that said it was pretty intense. This is wrong, I can not exceed 20 "in intensity (Program D) if the contractions hurt me, it is that the intensity is very good compared to the price. Unless you already very good abs, at that time not have to buy ...
Only downside is that the belt should have been a little closer, I hold it thoroughly to work well, they would have made for the possibility of further tightening, but that's not really annoying when one is sitting, it works fine.
I just add that it is important to adapt the intensity and feel it works well, even have small aches, otherwise it will be just a massage effect and not musculaton / abdominal tone.
