Some subjects were interesting for me to read though, but not really helpful. For example, an entire chapter on cell phone photography, film photography, ..
It is, as already mentioned, to get a good book to an overall impression. I would, however, I prefer liked more details on each topic and information on the photos shown (aperture, shutter speed, etc).
The practical tips for digital imaging are good, but also quite short, which is not so bad, however, to capture the most important fast.
The tips on image composition, motifs are very good, which is why the book also has a total of a positive impression.
For beginners recommended, intermediate and advanced (if still need for reading) should resort to other books.
