After trying two fixed optical Canon 50mm 1.8 and 35mm 2.0 is the Tamron that satisfies me the most. Because the range is much more interesting for a very good brightness. I was a little afraid of its weight but ultimately it remains relatively small despite the stab which is an advantage compared to the old model. The pictures are clear at slow speed. And thanks to its large aperture can be beautiful bokeh (blur background). The autofocus also works well with the live view on my 450D. The lack of flexibility of the zoom ring a little surprising at first but you get done quickly. Note also that it works from left to right and not the reverse as on other goals.
